No contract will exist between customer and Bodyline Wetsuits until full payment has been received.

Payment can only be accepted in GBP (UK Pound Sterling) and must be for the full invoiced amount.

Bodyline Wetsuits reserves the right to cancel/refund after payment.

Wetsuits are required to be clean & dry. Cleaning charges may apply.

Price, and estimated turnaround time and payment options will be confirmed at the time of receipt of the wetsuit.

Bodyline Wetsuits will only complete repairs that are quoted for and agreed.

Any wetsuits not paid for within 3 months will be disposed of accordingly.

It is the responsibility of the customer to get the wetsuit to Bodyline Wetsuits. Bodyline Wetsuits does not accept responsibility for any damage or fees incurred during transit.

All paid for repairs are supported by a 6 month warranty on workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear & tear, commercial use, or unreasonable use or neglect.

Items collected from our premises (or elsewhere) should be inspected prior to acceptance, and are subject to the same terms as outline in our terms & conditions.

Return Postage

Goods will be dispatched via a recognised courier in the UK, with proof of collection and tracking. Delivery to mainland UK is usually 1-2 working days after dispatch, but is not guaranteed. If you require a faster/guaranteed delivery, please contact us and we will arrange if possible. Additional charges are likely to apply.

Standard return carriage via our nominated courier is a tracked only service. If you require your wetsuit return delivery to be insured, additional charges will apply. I f you decide not to insure your return postage from Bodyline Wetsuits, We regret that Bodyline Wetsuits cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of uninsured items in transit.

Once your wetsuit has been delivered back to you and you have accepted delivery, you have 14 days to examine your wetsuit and report any issues.

Goods will be returned to the address supplied by the customer. Bodyline Wetsuits is not responsible to any incorrect return address details.

Customer to confirm mobile number and email address for tracking purposes for return postage. It is the responsibility of the recipient to action accordingly.

If you nominate a safe place or neighbour and your shipment is left there, this will be interpreted as the parcel being delivered and you accept full responsibility.

Goods will be packaged in suitable waterproof mailing bag or cardboard box where physically possible.

Any costs accrued due to the return of undelivered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

Customers outside of mainland UK & Northern Ireland

Wetsuits returned outside of mainland UK & Northern Ireland may incur charges and taxes, this is out of the control of Bodyline Wetsuits. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wetsuit Brand Warranty Repairs

All warranty repair claims must be directed to the retailer where the wetsuit was purchased from. Under Consumer Law, the contract of sale is with the retailer, not the brand or Bodyline Wetsuits.

Bodyline Wetsuits will only repair what has been authorised by the Wetsuit Brand. Additional repairs may incur costs to be covered by the customer.

Any loss or damage during return transit should be brought to the attention of the retailer that the goods were purchased from.
